How It Works

We handle the marketing. You handle the jobs.

A local website, local advertising, and customer enquiries sent straight to you. Here is what happens at each step.

The three steps

01

We build and run the local marketing.

We create a website for a specific trade in a specific town. We then run Google Ads to help local customers find it.

We handle the website and advertising. You do not need to build a website or learn to run ads yourself.

02

Customers call or send an enquiry.

Someone in that area needs your trade. They find the website and call the number or fill in the enquiry form.

These are customer enquiries. You speak to the customer to find out what they need and whether the work is right for you.

03

The enquiry comes straight to you.

We send the customer enquiry directly to the business covering that trade and area.

Each area goes to one business only. We do not send that same enquiry to competing tradespeople on our books.

Your part is
the customer bit.

We handle getting the enquiry to you. You handle the conversation and the work.

Answer the phone.

When a customer calls, speak to them about the work they need.

Call back missed enquiries.

If you are on a job and cannot answer, get back to the customer when you can.

Take it from there.

Check the job details, arrange a visit if needed, and give your own quote.

See the calls and enquiries.

You can see how many calls and form enquiries have been sent to your business. We explain how you can view them when we discuss your area.

Pay a weekly fee.

You pay a weekly fee to receive the enquiries for your trade and area. Ask us about the fee when you check availability.

An enquiry is not a confirmed job. You agree the work and price directly with the customer.

Your trade. Your town.

Tell us what you do and where you work. We will check whether your area is available.

Just an enquiry. No commitment.
